We find the paperwork Claude can take off your plate and show you what to automate first.
If we cannot find at least 500 hours of automatable work per year, you do not pay.
The summary. The CRM update. The follow-up. The documents. The next meeting prep. We map it, cost it, and show you what Claude can take over.
In session one you walk us through the recurring work around your clients.
Between sessions we cost every workflow and test it against Claude.
Session two pressure-tests findings, then a readout hands you the roadmap.
It captures the meeting. It does not complete everything the meeting creates.
A new chat for every task is still manual work. We find what should become a repeatable workflow.
It does not. Claude prepares the work. You make the decisions.
Anthony Perez runs Harvest Wealth Strategies. The advisory process was strong; every engagement still rebuilt the same client facts by hand.
One client record feeds all five. The system prepares; the advisor decides.
Straight answers on the teardown, your tools, client data, pricing, and what happens afterward.
The full assessment and roadmap: two 90-minute working sessions, the analysis between them, workflow-by-workflow hour estimates, automation feasibility, build requirements, priority ranking, written recommendations, and a 30-minute readout. For each workflow you learn what happens, how often, who owns it, what it costs, where Claude fits, and whether it is worth doing first. Building it is a separate engagement.
How often the task happens, how long it takes each time, and how much of it can realistically be automated — minus the human review that stays. We walk you through the assumptions before anything goes into the roadmap.
500 hours a year is roughly 10 hours a week, or more than 12 weeks of full-time work. We look for it in prep, document assembly, data entry, CRM updates, follow-up, reporting, and client admin. If we cannot identify at least that much genuinely automatable work, the teardown is free. The guarantee covers the opportunity we identify; realizing it requires the workflows to be built and used.
No. The teardown gives you the analysis and roadmap. Building is a separate decision — with Cogent Labs, your own team, or someone else. Either way you leave with the priorities and the numbers.
We assess what you actually use — connectors, APIs, exports, structured documents, transcription tools, or manual handoffs — and flag those constraints before recommending a build. You decide what is in scope; anything touching real client data stays subject to your firm’s own approvals and policies.
Fifteen minutes is enough to see how your team works and whether the teardown fits. If it does, we turn that workload into a ranked plan with the hours attached.

A client tells you something once. Then your team spends weeks moving it around: the summary, the CRM, the planning document, the proposal, the engagement letter, the next agenda.
Now the same thing happens inside AI. A new chat. The client explained again. The document uploaded again. That is not an operating system; it is another manual process.
Facts, decisions, checked numbers, open actions: all of it should carry forward, so your advisors review the work instead of rebuilding the context behind it.
The system prepares. Your advisor decides.
